Sunday Sessions

For All Church Leaders, Staff Members, Officers, Including Small Group Leaders and Sunday School Teachers if desired AND may include their Spouses
    Time:   1¼ HoursBefore the Sunday school or after the Sunday worship services if there are 2 or 3 services.

c Please! NO coffee or donuts served BEFORE this time if it is at an early morning time AFTER is okay!
c One (1) CD player (please test before weekend)
c One (1) black and white photo copied church pictorial directory if somewhat current OR a print-out of the names of members and regular attenders. (Include ONLY the family photo pages not miscellaneous group pages)
c One (1) copy of a listing of all the missionaries and ministries supported by the host church
c One (1) small bottle of water-soluable red food coloring found at a grocery store
c One (1) large, clear glass bowl filled 1/2 full with water colored with red food coloring
c One (1) scissors
c

Room Set-Up: If possible, in a carpeted room proportionate to the number of leaders expected

At the entrance, one (1) card table with
1. blank name tags
2. marking pens (Sharpie® type).

At the front, one (1) card table for the power point projector and lap top computer, AND one (1) other card table located near the projector table. On this second table, place a plastic tablecloth that covers the table and the large, clear glass bowl filled half full with water colored with red food coloring AND a bag of large sized cotton balls.

Around the room set movable chairs in several semi-circles near the projector but with NO center aisle.


In the same room if possible: (if not, then in an adjoining room): Have available one (1) dining size table PER every 12 leaders expected. These tables may be folded at the start of the session, then unfolded just prior to their use during the session. Place twelve (12) sheets of white paper on each table with 12 pens.

For Youth (BOTH Junior and Senior High)
Time:   55 Minutes — During the Sunday school hour

c Each youth needs to bring a Bible suitable for marking. Please have extra Bibles available

For the Sunday Morning Worship Service(s) BYOB Sunday (Bring Your Own Bible) Several weeks in advance of the Weekend, please ask the entire congregation to bring a Bible suitable for marking to the worship service(s).
Time:   Dr. Rand would like, if possible, a 25-minute time slot for his own reading of the Scriptures and his sermon. He also has a 2 minute visual-aid children's sermon if it is normally done during the worship service. Please plan the worship service accordingly. He wishes to have the hymn “On Christ the Solid Rock I Stand" sung following the sermon.

c Each worship bulletin needs to contain inside of it one (1) 3½ by 5 white index card and one (1) 3' by 3' posit-note attached to the card
c Several sharpened pencils in each pew hymnal rack
