For Seasoned Saints — Senior Citizens and Retirees
    Time:   1
½ Hours — 4:00–5:30 p.m.

c Each Saint needs to bring a Bible suitable for marking pages
c Drinks and snacks for the 4:00–4:30 p.m.gathering time. Teaching begins at 4:30.
c Room Set-Up: In a room proportionate to the number of "saints": One (1) card table for the power point projector. Set movable chairs near the projector table in several consecutive semi-circles but with NO center aisle. Click here to View.

For Families — Adults, including Single Adults, Children 5 years and up, and Teens
    Time:   2
½ Hours — 6:00–8:30 p.m. Children under 5 will go to child care at 6:45 pm.

c Four (4) bags of candy Gummy Worms NOT Bears nor the sugar-coated kind, usually available at Walgreens, CVS, or grocery stores)
c Pizza, tacos, chili, subways or potluck dishes for the 6:00–6:45 p.m. dinner time
c Dinner 6:00–6:45 p.m.. Please follow the following requests:
if by buffet style, ALWAYS use 2 tables and serve from both sides of each
if by server style, ALWAYS use 2 servers per table of 8-10

With either style, ALWAYS put the beverages, condiments, desserts, and salads and dressings on a separate table away from the main food tables.

Room Set-Up: In a room proportionate to the number of persons (but NOT in the sanctuary): One (1) card table for the power point projector. Set movable chairs near the projector table in several consecutive semi-circles, but with NO center aisle.
This set up should be away from any tables used for eating. Eating tables may be dismantled and set aside in the same room and then chairs may be set up in several consecutive semi-circles. Click here to View.
