Dinner
6:007:00 p.m.. Please follow
these requests:
|
if
by buffet style, ALWAYS use 2 tables
and serve from both sides of each. IMPORTANT:
If you choose a catering service, please only employ
one that will allow the people to serve themselves
rather than be individually served by the catering staff!
This will EXPEDITE the standing in line time--an important
factor! |
|
if
by server style, ALWAYS use 2 servers per table
of 8 or 1 per table of 4 |
With
either style, ALWAYS put the beverages, condiments,
desserts, salads and dressings on a separate table
away from the main food tables.
